Helm Privacy Policy

Helm Guest connects a guest account to a stay and helps manage access to connected services and televisions. This policy describes the staging TEST demo distributed through TestFlight by Giammarco Advisors.

Information used by the demo

Sign-in uses an account identifier and authentication credentials. Helm processes stay associations, device and pairing identifiers, service selections, and operational records needed to provide and troubleshoot the demo. Authentication tokens may be stored securely on your device so that your session can be restored.

Use synthetic information

The Apple-review account has a dedicated TEST property, stay and fixture television. Its saved streaming logins are synthetic. Do not enter real streaming passwords, payment information or other personal information into this demo. Real TV typing and production operations are disabled in the staging review environment.

Service providers and feedback

The demo uses infrastructure providers for authentication, hosting and data storage, including Supabase, Railway and Vercel. Apple processes TestFlight distribution, testing and feedback under its own privacy policies. If you send feedback, include only information needed to explain the issue; do not include passwords or claim codes.

Access and retention

Stay access is limited by the stay lifecycle. Checking out ends access, but does not necessarily erase account records, operational logs or backups. The dedicated review fixture is configured through January 1, 2099 and can be reset for testing.
